The product
Artisanal Export Storefront
Strong products, finally easy to find.
Conifer Handmades is a large-scale artisanal exporter, selling handcrafted textiles, jewellery and homeware through an Alibaba TrustPass storefront, to buyers across the Americas, Europe, the Gulf, South Asia and Africa. The products were never the problem. The storefront was: the homepage carried no clear hierarchy, and several of its features made navigation and discovery harder than they needed to be. Reidify treated it as a product problem rather than a visual redesign, rebuilding the homepage structure and refining the existing features around how buyers actually browse a catalogue this large.

Visitors who used the inquiry form
This one fell, by 58%, while visitors who messaged rose 41% over the same window. That reads as buyers moving from the form to messaging, which is platform behaviour rather than anything the rebuild did. It is published because leaving it out would make the other five look more decisive than they are.

What is not being claimed
Nine months separate these readings and the rebuild occupies four of them. The account also carries an active ads balance, and the organic against paid split could not be confirmed. So the rebuild played a part in this window. It is not the reason for it, and nothing here should be read as saying so.
What this was
An Alibaba TrustPass storefront, restructured, not a custom build. The homepage hierarchy and the existing features were rebuilt around how buyers actually browse a catalogue this large. Clicking through lands on an alibaba.com URL, and it should.
Six measures, one interval, and one of them went the other way.
Hierarchy first
The homepage was rebuilt around a clear visual hierarchy, with calls to action that say what they do. Nothing was bolted on that the storefront did not already support, because the platform sets the limits and fighting it would have cost more than it returned.
Less to carry
Layout and content structure were tightened to cut how much a buyer has to hold in their head before they reach a product. On a catalogue this wide, the cost of one extra decision is paid on every visit.
Features that earn their place
The existing storefront features were streamlined rather than replaced, judged against how traffic actually moved through the store and what buyers were plainly trying to do.

What the rebuild delivers.
Hierarchy that leads
A homepage built around clear visual order, with calls to action that say what they do.
Less to hold in mind
Layout and content structure tightened so buyers carry less before they reach a product.
Features, streamlined
Existing storefront features refined for usability and speed rather than replaced.
Built on real behaviour
Decisions aligned to how traffic actually moved through the store, not to taste.

The build
Found.
Monthly search impressions went from 451,938 before the rebuild to 1,208,315 nine months later, and monthly Trade Assurance orders from 17 to 41.
Atmosphere
Every visual.
Generated imagery. It carries mood and scale, it is not evidence, and every rail below says so.
In their words
“Reidify understood the issue immediately. They approached it as a product and buyer-experience problem, not simply a visual redesign. They reorganised the homepage around how buyers actually explore a catalogue of our size, worked intelligently within Alibaba's platform limitations, and confidently removed elements that were creating unnecessary friction.”

Outcome
A storefront restructured around how buyers actually browse. Between October 2025 and July 2026, monthly search impressions rose from 451,938 to 1,208,315, search clicks from 9,236 to 24,170, and monthly Trade Assurance orders from 17 to 41. The rebuild is one of several factors across that window.
