This website serves as a portfolio of our design philosophy and a portal for professional engagement. Any attempt to scrape data, disrupt services, or use this site for anything other than its intended informational and inquiry purposes is strictly prohibited.

Our creative assets are our legacy.

All original designs, case studies, visual elements, and structural frameworks displayed on this platform are the intellectual property of Reidify. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or imitation of these works without explicit written consent is a violation of international copyright laws.

The account of the work is ours. The brand in it is theirs.

Every case study on this site is original work: the writing, the photography and film, the structure of the argument, and the analysis. That material belongs to Reidify. The brands, logos, products and trademarks appearing inside it belong to the clients who own them, and are shown with their agreement.

You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it, reproduce it substantially, present it as your own, or use it as source material for a pitch against the work it describes.

We publish our clients because we are proud of the work.

Naming a client is a mark of trust, extended to us and now to you. Using that trust to approach them, and to disparage the work in order to displace it, is not something we will treat as ordinary competition. Where a statement made about our work is untrue and causes harm, we will treat it as what it is.

Our clients are told to expect this and to tell us when it happens. It is worth knowing that they do.

A request is the start of a journey, not a contract.

Requesting a structural audit or submitting a contact form does not create a formal work agreement. Formal project commitments, including deliverables, timelines, and payment structures, are only established through signed master service agreements (MSAs) or quotes.

The evolution of information.

While we strive for absolute accuracy in our insights and case studies, the digital landscape is constantly shifting. The content on this site is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified without prior notice as our processes and the broader industry evolve.

Boundary of responsibility.

Reidify is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of this website. We are also not responsible for the content or security of any third-party websites linked within our platform.

Indicative, not an audit of record.

The readability checker and visibility audit fetch a public page you name and report what they find. Submit only URLs you are entitled to test. Results are automated, indicative, and a snapshot of one moment, so they are not a warranty about a site, a ranking, or how any AI system will treat it.

Indian law, Mumbai courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where a signed agreement covers an engagement, that agreement takes precedence over anything stated here.
