Your data is handled with the same intentionality as our design systems.

At Reidify, we believe transparency is the foundation of digital trust. We only collect information that is strictly necessary for project collaboration and professional dialogue. We operate under a principle of "Data Minimalism": collecting only what moves the needle, and nothing more.

The only point of collection is our direct inquiry system.

When you engage with our contact forms or structural audit requests, we collect details like your name, email, and project specifics. This data isn't funneled into a marketing engine; it is simply the key to starting a meaningful professional conversation.

Exclusively for responding to you.

The information you share is used solely to respond to your specific inquiry, discuss potential projects, or provide the structural insights you've requested. We do not use this data for marketing lists, automated newsletters, or third-party behavioral profiling.

Zero-bloat data infrastructure.

We do not maintain complex database systems to house your personal data. Your information exists within our secure email environment (Google Workspace) and is protected by industry-standard encryption. We treat your data as a private creative dialogue.

Basic measurement, not invasive tracking.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand overall website performance, page visits, and user experience patterns. We do not use this data to sell personal information, run advertising profiles, or build behavioral shadow profiles.

Three providers, named in full.

We use no others, and we sell your data to nobody.

• Netlify hosts this site and runs the functions that carry a form submission to us
• Google Workspace holds the resulting correspondence
• Google Analytics measures aggregate traffic, with advertising signals switched off

As long as the conversation needs, and no longer.

Correspondence is kept while a conversation or the engagement it leads to is live, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records. Analytics data is aggregate and holds nothing that identifies you. Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, whatever stage it is at.

Complete control over your information.

You may ask to see, correct, or permanently delete anything we hold about you, withdraw a consent you have given, or raise a complaint about how your data has been handled. Write to reidify.design@gmail.com and it reaches Rish Sadh directly, not a queue. We answer within seven working days.
