Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can.

We collect only the information needed to reply to you and to work on a project with you, and nothing more. This page says what that is, who handles it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

Your personal details come only from what you send us.

When you use the contact form or request an audit, we receive your name, your email address and what you tell us about the project. None of it goes into a mailing list or a marketing system. Site analytics are covered separately below.

Used only to respond to you.

The information you share is used only to answer your inquiry, discuss a potential project, or deliver the audit you asked for. We do not use it for marketing lists, automated newsletters, or third-party behavioural profiling.

Kept in email, not a database.

We do not keep your personal data in a separate database. It lives in our email (Google Workspace) and is protected by industry-standard encryption.

Basic measurement, not invasive tracking.

This site uses Google Analytics to see overall traffic: which pages are visited and how people move through them. When an enquiry is sent, Analytics also records that it happened and what kind of project it was about, never who sent it. We do not use any of this to sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or profile individuals.

One exception, stated plainly. When a visit comes from a Reidify ad on Google, Google Ads is told whether that visit went on to send an enquiry, so we can see whether the ad works. It receives no name, email address or message, and ad personalisation stays switched off.

Five providers, named in full.

We use no others, and we sell your data to nobody.

• Netlify hosts this site and runs the functions that carry a form submission to us
• Resend delivers that submission to our inbox as an email, and sends your confirmation
• Google Workspace holds the resulting correspondence
• Google Analytics measures aggregate traffic, with Google signals and ad personalisation switched off
• Google Ads records whether a visit from one of our ads led to an enquiry, and nothing about who you are

As long as the conversation needs, and no longer.

Correspondence is kept while a conversation or the engagement it leads to is live, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records. Analytics data is aggregate and holds nothing that identifies you. Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, whatever stage it is at.

You can see, correct or delete it.

You may ask to see, correct, or permanently delete anything we hold about you, withdraw a consent you have given, or raise a complaint about how your data has been handled. Write to reidify.design@gmail.com and it reaches Rish Sadh directly, not a queue. We answer within seven working days.
