Coldwater

One answer, read with cold hands.

Coldwater concept visual
The idea

Most weather apps show everything at once. A swimmer at dawn needs one number.

Coldwater asks what a forecast becomes when it is designed for one decision: the water temperature as the largest thing on the screen, set against its own scale, then tide, swell, wind and first light in quiet rows below, and a short, plain note on what cold water does to you, without telling anyone it is safe.

What it proved

A forecast concept where the hierarchy does the work, so the answer is readable at a glance in poor light.

When people read a screen in a hurry, the order of information is the design.
